มีลักษณะเป็นไม้ยืนต้นขนาดใหญ่ ผลัดใบ เรือนยอดเป็นพุ่มกลม ใบเดี่ยว เรียงสลับ ดอกสีขาวหรือขาวอมชมพู มีกลิ่นหอม
ออกเป็นช่อตามปลายกิ่ง พบในป่าผลัดใบและป่าเบญจพรรณของเอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ เช่น ไทย ลาว เมียนมา และเวียดนาม
A large deciduous tree with a rounded crown. Leaves are simple and alternate. Flowers are white to pale pink, fragrant, and borne in terminal clusters. Found in deciduous and mixed forests in Southeast Asia: Thailand, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam.
