เสลา | Crape Myrtle
(Lagerstroemia loudonii Teijsm. & Binn.)
ไม้ยืนต้นผลัดใบขนาดกลางถึงใหญ่ สูง 10–20 เมตร ใบเรียงตรงข้าม ดอกสีม่วงอ่อนหรือม่วงอมชมพูบานสะพรั่งพร้อมกันทั้งต้นในฤดูร้อน พบทั่วไปในป่าเบญจพรรณแล้ง และพื้นที่ภาคเหนือ ภาคอีสานของไทย
Medium to large deciduous tree, 10–20 m tall. Leaves are opposite. Flowers are pale purple or pink, blooming profusely in clusters during summer. Grows in dry mixed deciduous forests and is common in northern and northeastern Thailand.
