Bangkok (25 November 2025) – Vimarn Suriya Company Limited, the developer of Dusit Central Park, a world-class complete mixed-use development project under “Here for Bangkok” concept and the developer of The Residences at Dusit Central Park, Bangkok’s finest Ultra luxury residential development in Super Core CBD of Rama 4 – Silom reaffirming Dusit Central Park’s position as a leading creator of a world-class complete mixed-use development, as it continues to set new benchmarks for Thailand’s real estate industry across every dimension. The project showcases exceptional progress across all components, the new Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel, Central Park Offices, Central Park Retail, and Suan Dusit Arun at Dusit Central Park, all of which have received an overwhelmingly positive response. Adding to this achievement, The Residences at Dusit Central Park has now secured over 95% in sales and is pioneering as the first development in ASEAN t to achieve the world’s highest residential standards, LEED Gold v4.1 for Residential Multi-Family. Most recently, the project is preparing to unveil an all-new immersive experience, “Legacy in Light: When the Legend Illuminates the Future”, transforming Dusit Arun Park into a landscape illuminated by hundreds of thousands of lights. The experience is also held in honour of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, and will take place from 3 December 2025 to 4 January 2026. All proceeds from the event will be donated in full, without any deductions, to King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, the Thai Red Cross Society.

Another core element of Dusit Central Park, created for Thai society and now setting a benchmark for other property development projects, is the addition of urban green space through Suan Dusit Arun, Thailand’s largest urban roof park spanning 7 rai (11,200 square metres), following the initiative from the management team’s vision to develop the project’s mixed-use space as a new landmark of happiness. Designed according to Universal Design principles and the concept of Inclusive Design For All, this green space can accommodate the lifestyles of people of all genders and ages.
