Bangkok (8 October 2019) – Narongchai Wongthanavimok; CEO of Vimarn Suriya Co., Ltd. and Narong Thasnanipan, Ph.D, CEO and President of SEAFCO PCL. have recently signed a contract of the piling and diaphragm wall works of ‘Dusit Central Park’ one-of-a-kind mixed-use development located in the heart of Bangkok. The project is a joint venture between Dusit Thani and CPN under the concept ‘Here for Bangkok’ to create a new landmark on Rama IV-Silom intersection enhancing the true city convenience and lifestyle. Dusit Central Park consists of 4 components; Hotel, Residences, Retail and Offices and 7-rai Roof Park (11,200 sq.m.) with the area of 23 rai worth a total of 36.7 billion baht transforming the land of history to Thai world class development which is expected to be completed in 2025.
